In 1988, our founder, Ms. Ann Tong, established Ann's Beauty in Vancouver. For almost 20 years, Ann's Beauty has provided quality beauty, slimming and permanent eyebrow and lip liner services to customers in the Lower Mainland. It has since become a renowned beauty services establishment with great reputation and prestige. Ann has a unique sensitivity to beauty and style; together with her perseverance to strive for her belief as well as her extensive experiences, she has not only received many international recognized qualifications but also acted as makeup consultant in many major events. For many years, she was invited to be the make-up consultant of "New Talent Singing Awards" organized by Fairchild Television and "Song-writer's Quest" organized by Fairchild Radio. Ann has successfully established herself as an all-rounded professional image instructor.

Now, Ann has made one step further by establishing the Tender Touch Beauty School. This school is the most effective means for Ann to introduce to all beauty lovers the art and techniques of permanent eyebrow and lip liner, make-up, slimming, facial, image styling as well as manicure.
